BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Everyone warns you about the freshman 15. I've gained the freshman 60. Before I left for college, I was overweight (160 lbs). I had a check up today and I'm 220. That means I've been gaining almost 2 lbs a week. I knew I'd gained weight, but I had no idea it was this much. My parents were always pretty controlling about healthy eating, so I guess I've rebelled in the opposite direction. My blood pressure is high and the doctor took some blood so I'm waiting for the results on that. The shock wasn't enough though, that evening I ate a whole pint of ice cream and a tube of Pringles. I'm so out of control.
