Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am 13 and pretty overweight. I have a wide and stock build, but it's mostly fat. My belly sags over my belt line and its uncomfortable. I can't fit in good clothes because they don't make them in my size. Right now, I am getting healthier according to my pediatrician but it is a genetic issue, and I was adopted. My biggest problem is my clothing and how it looks. There are a few kids at my school who make fun of my weight because I don't fit in any kids clothes. Right now I eat 3,500 cal a day and get some excercise. Please help me with my clothes and my eating habits

Ht. 5'3", Start: 100 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 90 lb - Hi I have gained a lot of weight and I always feel self conscious about that. in fact I suffered from depression and this year has been really tough for me since I have a lot of acne scars and facial hair more than the boys at my school. I wish that I could change and that I could fix all of this but I just don't know how to. I don't think anyone will ever like me.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I don't remember a time in my life that I WASN'T overweight. I've never really been bullied for my weight but getting dirty looks from other kids says it all. About a year and a half ago I weighed around 150 pounds and lost about 20 pounds when I did a weight loss program with my older brother. Since then I've gained it all back plus more. That wasn't the only time I've tried to lose weight either; I've tried many other times. I'm a freshman in high school so I want to me a "new me" by the beginning of sophomore year.

I have been binging from time to time and just maintaining my weight when in reality all I want to do is lose it. Any tips or inspiration?

I can't let that happen. I dance, and want to continue(ballet &jazz). I just want to be a normal size. Right now, I am a size 16! And I want to be at a size 4. All my other friends are very skinny and I feel like the odd one out every time. I feel guilty every time I eat something that the slightest bit unhealthy:-( I want to get back on track and be the size I want. My goal is that I will be 110, and a size 4-6 by age 15

I haven't.. When i sit, I have to pull my shirt so it isnt touching my stomach. I hate feeling so disgusting in my own skin. I have never felt good enough or pretty enough and it's time for a change. I really really need to change.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - Hello!! So I have been really skinny for the past 12 years and also short, but when I turned 12 I grew a lot... In both ways. I went from about 4'9 to 5'5 in 2 years and gained about 70 pounds. I am not sure why I gained so much, because I do exercise a lot (Tae-kwon do 4 hours a week, frisbee 2 hours a week) and I don't eat fast food or sugar that much. My sister who is a year older then me stayed thin. A few months ago I started to want to lose weight and lost 10 lbs in 3 days, but then gained it back and then lost it. That keeps on happening, so I was just wondering, how do I lose weight and not gain it back?
And also, how do I look better in my clothes? My jeans always make my belly stick out over the top, and the rest of my clothes are loose T-shirts, dresses and skirts.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 523 lb, Today: 523 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - I really don't know how to change my weight. I'm incredibly embarrassed about being so fat that I rarely go out. Last summer I only left the house twice over the course of 8 weeks. I've been trying to eat healthier and have cut back a lot but I counted yesterday and I'm still eating over 5000 calories. On top of that I can barely walk for more than a minute so I can't exercise. Please I really need some advice as I can't carry on like this

Ht. 5'3", Start: 142 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 110 lb - I don't remember exactly what my weight is now but I am pretty sure it is a little less than it was when I was 5'1". I'm actually not sure if I am 5'3" or 5'4". On the calculator I found that if I am 5'3" I would JUST be under obese if I were 140 lbs. If I were 5'4 I would be, I think, towards the middle of the overweight range.
